This document provides a snapshot of resources to support virtual care practice. This document is not intended to replace clinical judgement or decision-making. As the COVID-19 situation changes with new information/resources emerging, please refer to the health professional college and association websites for more information.

Additionally, the Canadian Stroke Best Practice Recommendations has recently produced a new virtual healthcare implementation toolkit that now spans the continuum of care from prevention through to rehabilitation.  This toolkit includes tips and checklists for effective and efficient virtual healthcare visits.  To access this toolkit, click the following link: Download here
